Tee to Wall makes custom golf maps. This policy explains what information we collect to do that, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details you send us: your name, email address, course, date played, tees, and any message or personalization text.
• Shot data you send us: the map positions of shots you plot in our tool, club and scoring details you add, or golf files from a Garmin export you choose to email us.
• Shipping and payment details: your shipping address when you order a print. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.

What stays on your device

The plotting tool saves your progress in your own browser so you don't lose your work. That information isn't sent to us unless you press "Send my round." You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser's site data.

How we use it

• To create your map, send your proof, take payment, and ship your order.
• To reply to your questions and send updates about your order.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising. If you send a full Garmin data export, we use only the golf files and delete the rest.

Services we rely on

We use a few trusted providers to run the business, and they process information only as needed to provide their service:

• Netlify hosts this website.
• Formspree delivers the forms you submit to our inbox.
• Google Workspace handles our email.
• When you search for a course in the plotting tool, your search text is sent to OpenStreetMap's search service, and map imagery is loaded from our map provider.
• Our payment processor handles payments, and shipping carriers receive your address to deliver prints.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to complete your order, handle any replacement, and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your shot data and personalization details at any time after your order is complete.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing brian@teetowall.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian can order a map on a child's behalf.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
